Motivation

There has been much discussion as to whether we can motivate others.
Perhaps they can only motivate themselves.

We can however work with our team to create an environment which is conducive to motivation. We can create a positive workplace that is professional, respectful, well organised and has effective communication/listening. Feedback needs to be balanced, helpful and constructive. People and their achievements should not be taken for granted.
